How we handle your data.

This website (maxishine.com.au) is operated by Global Car Wash’s Pty Ltd (ABN 47 636 971 492), trading as Maxishine. We run premium car and dog wash sites across NSW and VIC. If you have questions about this policy, email info@maxishine.com.au.

This site has no contact form, no newsletter signup, and no account login. Nothing on the page asks you to enter your details. Your visit is processed the way any web page visit is: your browser makes a request, our host serves the page, and standard technical information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) reaches the server logs.

Two services help deliver the pages you’re looking at. Each has its own privacy policy for whatever happens on its side.

• Vercel

  Hosts the site and serves it from edge servers close to you. Vercel processes standard request data (IP, browser info, request URL) to deliver each page.

• Instagram (Meta)

  Powers the "Follow the wash" feed on the home page. When those images load, Instagram sees your IP address in the same way it does for any embedded post.

We don’t run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other visitor tracking on this site.

Some buttons on this site take you to Wash Club and Fleet account portals. Those portals live on Maxishine subdomains and use the Maxishine brand, but they’re operated by external providers under contract to us. Anything you enter there is held by both the provider and Maxishine so we can run your account.

• Wash Club portal — operated by PulseWash

  Members Login, Join the Wash Club, and Gift Cards live at members-maxishine.pulsewash.com.au. Details you enter (name, email, vehicle, payment method, wash history) are processed by PulseWash and held by Maxishine so we can administer your membership. PulseWash's privacy policy applies alongside this one.

• Fleet setup portal — operated by Manus

  The Apply now button on the Fleet page takes you to helpdesk.maxishine.com.au. That subdomain looks like ours but is served by Manus. Fleet application details (business name, contact person, vehicle list, billing information) are processed by Manus and held by Maxishine so we can set up and bill your fleet account.

This website itself doesn’t set any cookies. Instagram may set its own when the feed images load. The Wash Club and Fleet portals set their own cookies when you sign in or fill out a form, as part of running your account.

Server logs from this website help us keep it running, catch problems, and see roughly how much traffic we get. Account details from the Wash Club and Fleet portals are used to administer your membership or fleet account. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it beyond the providers who run those portals for us.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you can ask what we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete information. Email info@maxishine.com.auand we’ll respond.

When we change how the site collects or uses data (adding a contact form, turning on analytics, integrating a new tool), we update this page in the same change. Whatever you see on the site, this policy already reflects it.
